February is the month for self-love. Take some time out for you this Valentine's Day with our five DIY self-care rituals for the face, hair and body, guaranteed to make you feel better than any bunch of roses.
1. At-home manicure
While nothing compares to a professional manicure, an at-home mani can be a great opportunity to unwind the mind and give your hard-working hands a little TLC. Begin by washing and exfoliating the hands and cuticles- any nourishing body scrub works great for this (try the Zest Sugar Body Scrub- packed with superfood oils to keep hands soft and supple). Once hands are clean and prepped, trim and file the nails and gently push back cuticles. 2. DIY hair treatment

4. Facial yoga

5. Invigorating body scrub
