We prioritise ethical sourcing by working with reputable suppliers who can trace the origin of their ingredients and maintain high standards across their supply chains. Whenever possible, we source locally—using Cornish clay, English chamomile and English wildflower honey—to reduce our carbon footprint and support local businesses.

Packaging

We’re committed to minimising waste. Over 90% of our plastic and paper is recyclable, and we’ve reduced packaging by eliminating cardboard inserts, oversized boxes, and bottles. Instead of non-recyclable sachets, we use widely recyclable PET plastic tubes.

Our orders are shipped in 100% plastic-free packaging, protected with water-soluble packing nuts.
