The Five Elements

Based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, our products and treatments take inspiration from teh five elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water.

Ancient Chinese philosophy tells us that everything in life is composed of and influenced by these five different elements and each one of us has a unique balance of these elements which influences our feelings, moods, behaviours and even our skin.

The Wood Element

The wood element rules spring, a time of awakening and fresh new growth. Wood energy is most active in the morning.
