Elemental Herbology is a naturally active, results-driven brand that fuses both science and nature to achieve ultimate skin nutrition. We are proud that our products are 100% free from artificial colours, SLS, parabens and mineral oils.

Elemental Herbology is not an organic brand. However, many of our products contain certified organic ingredients.

No, Elemental Herbology is against animal testing. None of our products are tested on animals.

Our product range uses various ingredients and raw products that have been sourced sustainably and at a fair price for producers. We believe in ethical and responsible beauty, and do everything we can to source responsibly, put something back into communities, and respect the environment and everything living in it.

Over ninety per cent of our plastic, paper and glass packaging is recyclable and we are always looking to minimise our packaging: we don’t use cardboard inserts, unnecessarily large boxes or oversized bottles and jars.

Our entire range is suitable for pregnant women with the exception of the Five Element Bath & Body Oils and our Muscle Melt balm, which contain essential oils contraindicated during pregnancy.

All our products last for 3 years if unopened. Once opened, please see the outer carton to find out how long your product will last.

As our products contain over 100 different plant, mineral and marine actives always check our ingredients lists to ensure that our product is free of all ingredients that aggravate your allergy. If you are unsure, conducting a patch test behind the ear is always a good idea before use.

We have five different skincare ranges, meaning there’s something for everybody.
Wood - Normal to combination skin
Fire - Oily or congested skin, prone to breakouts
Earth - Dull skin, prone to pigmentation
Metal - Skin showing signs of ageing
Water - Dry, dehydrated and/or sensitive skin
If your skin sounds like a combination of the above, it’s great to mix-and-match ranges for more personalised results.

How do I use your bath & body oils?
How do I use your bath & body oils?
All our Five Element Bath & Body Oils can be used in the bath, shower or directly onto the body.
To use in the bath, just dispense 2-3 pumps into the water.
To use in the shower, apply 2-3 pumps of oil to the torso before stepping under the water and allow the steam to create an aromatherapy experience.
Alternatively, apply the oil directly onto clean, dry skin to nourish and hydrate.

We’re sure that you’ll love your Elemental Herbology order. However, if you are not satisfied with your items we will be happy to help you, should you contact us within 28 days of your purchase.
The product must be returned to us unopened and unused, at your own cost to the below address. You must provide a reasonable reason for your return. Upon receipt of the product, we will inspect it to ensure it has not been opened. A refund will then be granted at our discretion, based on the condition of the product and the reason for return. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. We are only able to accept returned products purchased on the Elemental Herbology website. If you have an issue with a product that was bought through an Elemental Herbology stockist, please return your item to the store you bought it from with proof of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
