Availability
All products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if any items you have ordered are not available.

Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Your Order
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order.
If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone.

A contract between you and Elemental Herbology comes into existence when we notify you by email or telephone that your order has been confirmed and is being dispatched.
You will become liable to make payment for the order at that time. Until then, we reserve the right to decline to fulfil your order.

If we are unable to supply a particular item or there is a delay in supplying an item for reasons beyond our reasonable control—including but not limited to an item being out of stock, identifying a product or pricing error, or being unable to obtain authorisation for your payment—we will not be liable to you.

Risk and Ownership
Risk in the products passes to you immediately upon delivery.
You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that the order is incorrect or exercise your right to cancel (as detailed below).

If you fail to act in accordance with these terms, we are not obliged to accept a rejection from you.

We retain legal ownership of all products until full payment is received.
Should we issue a refund, legal ownership of the products will automatically revert to us.

Payment for each order will be taken from your debit/credit card at the point the order is dispatched.

5. Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.

6. Cancellation Rights

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To do so, you must notify us in writing and return the goods in their original, unopened and unused condition. For full return procedures, please refer to our Returns Policy.

If your order was delivered to a third party, you may still exercise your cancellation rights if the merchandise is returned to us in its original condition.

7. Returns Policy

We hope you love your Elemental Herbology products! However, if you are not satisfied, we’re happy to help—just contact us within 28 days of your purchase.

  • Items must be unopened and unused.

  • Returns are at your own cost and must include a reasonable explanation.

  • Once received, we will inspect the product to ensure it has not been opened.

  • Refunds are issued at our discretion and delivery charges are non-refundable.

8. Content Accuracy

We aim to be as accurate as possible in describing our products and prices. However, subject to applicable law, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colours, or other content are completely accurate, current, or error-free.

All prices include VAT and exclude delivery charges.

9. Delivery

Deliveries can be made within the UK, Channel Islands, and European Union via our website. Not all delivery options are available to all locations.

  • Free Standard Delivery: Royal Mail 2nd Class (2–3 days, untracked, up to 2kg)

  • Standard Delivery: Royal Mail 1st Class (1–2 days, untracked, up to 2kg)

  • Express UK Delivery: DPD Tracked

  • Free Express UK Delivery: DPD Tracked on orders over £50

  • Gift Wrap Option: Black tissue wrap, delivery in 3–6 working days

We strive to use biodegradable packaging and recyclable boxes.

European Union

  • Delivery within 5–10 working days

International

Important Notes:

  • Our Standard delivery service is available across the UK and Channel Islands.

  • Our Express delivery service excludes the Scottish Highlands.

  • Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays.

  • Orders to one address may be shipped in multiple deliveries but incur only one delivery charge.

  • Deliveries to multiple addresses will incur a charge for each destination.

  • All delivery timescales are indicative only.

For security, all parcels require a signature upon receipt. If you won’t be home, you may provide an alternative delivery address where someone can sign.

10. Free Shipping

When an offer is running, free delivery applies to Standard UK delivery only. Next Day, Express, International, and Saturday delivery options are excluded from this offer.

Elemental Herbology may occasionally include links to other websites or content outside of our control purely for user convenience.
These links do not represent an endorsement of the referenced content, product, service, or supplier.

23. Currency Conversion


By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address to determine your location for currency conversion purposes. You also consent to having your selected currency stored in a session cookie—a temporary file that is deleted once you close your browser. This ensures prices are displayed consistently in your local currency throughout your browsing session.

24. Tax & Duties


All orders are dispatched from our offices in Northamptonshire, UK. Customers outside the UK may be liable for customs and import duties. These charges must be paid by the customer. As customs policies vary by country, we recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order. Elemental Herbology cannot be held responsible for any customs or import charges incurred.

Please note: Import/customs duties now apply to EU member countries.

25. Loyalty & Referral Terms & Conditions


Our loyalty scheme is designed to reward returning customers and help new customers discover the brand. Points can be earned by completing various actions, such as:

  • Creating an account

  • Leaving product reviews

  • Purchasing products

Points can be redeemed for money-off coupons to use at checkout. Please note:

  • Discount codes from loyalty points cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discount codes, or shipping promotions.

  • All discount codes expire 3 months from the date of issue.

  • If you refer a friend, you’ll receive a £30 voucher—this must also be used within 3 months of receiving it.
