Beat The Heat: Our hot weather hacks ☀

Had one two many sleepless night's this summer? It's time to beat the heat and get smart with your summer skincare, helping you to keep cool and enjoy the warm weather ahead. Here's our hot weather hacks, putting your favourite skincare and body care products to work.
1. Stay hydrated

Keeping our bodies hydrated is even more important during the warmer months when dehydration can easily set in. We should all be aiming to drink 6-8 glasses of fluid a day,  which can include any low sugar, low caffiene drinks. Why not pimp your water bottle and add some fresh mint leaves, sliced cucumber and lemon slices? If your skin is feeling parched no matter how much you drink, try incorportating a hydrating serum into your skincare routine. 2. Spritz your skin
