Five steps to Facial Rolling 

Apply your chosen serum, oil or moisturiser liberally to face, neck and décolleté.

Begin by rolling up the neck from the collarbones towards the ears. Pause and hold. Repeat x 3.

Roll across the face, from chin to ear, from mouth to ear, and from nose to ear. Repeat each x 3. Pause and hold at the ear.

Hold your roller at the temples and gently roll up and down to relieve stress and tension.

Roll across the forehead, pausing at the temples on each side.
