Summer brings us back out into the world of activity and movement. The Yang nature of summer means that energy will be moving faster and outwardly. The warmth of the sun not only makes us feel good but also has many health benefits to revive our bodies from a period of hibernation. Caring for our skin exteriorly is only a temporary fix. It is not until we begin balancing our internal bodies that we start to see and feel the true benefits of healthy skin as a reflection of a healthy body.
