Moving into Autumn with Elemental Herbology

Autumn is one of our favourite seasons here at Elemental Herbology. It allows us to take stock and nurture ourselves ready for the winter ahead of us. As we begin to wind down from the busy months of summer, it’s a great time to reflect and prepare for the colder months.

This time of year is all about nurturing the mind, body and skin and giving back to our mental and physical depletion with the following rituals;

1. We love to go for long country walks or bike rides during the Autumn months. Being outside in the fresh air to make the most of the autumn sunshine is a great way to stay active and keep the mind clear.

2. Cooler months bring dryer, more dehydrated skin needing extra attention. We recommend using our new Coconut Shell Cream Body Scrub, it smells amazing and the coconut oils leave skin silky and soft.
3. Take time for you, make sure you have an evening bath at least once a week. We love to use our Earth Balance Bath & Body Oil. With Cedarwood essential oil, this is great to help release the feel-good hormone, serotonin.
