New Spa Opening: Rudding Park, Harrogate
We are delighted and honoured to announce our new partnership with Rudding Park Spa in Harrogate, a beautiful space that encompasses incredible natural surroundings to bring you an unforgettable wellness experience.
Opening on 2nd May 2017, Rudding Park has just completed a luxury spa development that will transform the spa journey and recaptures Harrogate's spa heritage using natural waters from the grounds at Rudding Park. Set over three floors, this incredible space has everything you could ever need to improve your wellbeing, from a Rasul to enjoy traditional Moorish mud treatments to the Roof Top Spa and Garden among the mature gardens. Horto Café uses seasonal ingredients from the Rudding Park Kitchen Garden to bring you a menu dedicated to nature, while the 'Retail Therapy' is a must visit for spa, home, travel and gift items.
A full range of Elemental Herbology treatments will be available at Rudding Park. From targeted facials to hot stone massage and signature ritual treatments, you will leave the spa balanced, nourished and restored. Elemental Herbology treatments available include:
Flow Wellbeing Massage (50mins)
Created exclusively for Rudding Park Spa, this slow, intuitive massage releases any resistance or stress in the body. Flowing wave-like movements help the mind to relax, whilst your body unfolds tension. Specific lymphatic movements are used to improve circulation, sleep patterns and tension headaches.
Sunshine Ritual Treatment (135mins)
Detox with a brisk body brush and a full body exfoliation using tropical papaya and macadamia to gently buff the skin. The journey continues with the Flow Wellbeing massage perfect for depleted energies. The ritual is completed with a prescribed botanical facial and head massage leaving you restored and radiant.
Rejuvenating Age Support Facial (75mins)
This facial addresses signs of stress and improves clarity, tone and texture of skin, starting with a resurfacing cleanse and an AHA exfoliation. An extensive face, neck and décolletage massage and acupressure movements repair and revitalise the skin.
Hot Stone Deep Tissue Muscle Melt (50mins)
Warm basalt stones are used to begin this restorative journey. A deep tissue massage unravels tension in sore and tight muscles, whilst a warming blend of ho leaf, lemongrass and rosemary balm continues working to reduce lactic acid build-up in the muscle tissue.
